WWF - Linking Tourism and Conservation

Svalbard Villmarkssenter AS (SVMS) is linking tourism and conservation in the Arctic in cooperation with WWF. We are following the "Ten Principles for Arctic Tourism" and "Code of Conduct for Tour Operators in the Arctic" of the WWF International Arctic Programme. Therefore, Svalbard Villmarkssenter won the WWF Arctic Award for Linking Tourism and Conservation in 2002.
