Ski trip close to Longyearbyen

Enjoy on a one-day ski trip in the surrounding area of Longyearbyen and the fantastic view over the Advent Valley. A professional and experienced telemark/ski mountaineering instructor will lead this ski trip. A lunch will be served up on the mountain while enjoying the view, before you descent down to the low land. Please note that you need to be advanced in skiing and know how to ride off piste.

Dates:

30.04.2010 and 14.05.2010

Price:

NOK 1700.– (About EUR 200.–). Limit of age: 18 years

Included:

• Professional and experienced telemark/ski mountaineering instructor
• Skis with telemark or ski mountaineering binding
• Transfer
• Lunch

Not included:

Ski boots that fit telemark or ski mountaineering bindings (this you need to bring). You also need to bring your avalanche rescue gear (beacon, shovel and probe). This you can rent from the Sportscentre in Longyearbyen.

Group size:

8 participants and one instructor. Remember that you need to be advanced for this kind of trip.
